Important note for customer CCTV/alarm systems: In many cases, our customer (e.g., a homeowner, business, management company) decides why and how CCTV or access-control data is used and is therefore the data controller. CCTV footage/images may contain personal data (images of individuals, vehicle registrations, behaviour, etc.). We only access/handle this where required to provide the service and as agreed with the customer.
